Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the highest level of service and fairness to both our clients and chauffeurs, our cancellation guidelines are as follows:
Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Limousines, Stretch Limousines, and Buses: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made after the required notice period may incur a fee equal to the full cost of the reserved service.
All cancellations must be submitted via SMS, email, or through our secure online booking system. We do not accept cancellations via third-party apps or messaging platforms outside of these channels.

Service Agreement
All reservations constitute a binding agreement between the client and iText Limousine. Our company provides professional chauffeured transportation “as scheduled”, and every effort is made to provide timely and safe service.Liability

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the ride. Damage to the vehicle or unlawful activity may result in additional charges and termination of service.Payment & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of service or according to the invoicing method chosen. Refunds for cancellations are processed only within the terms outlined above.Data & Privacy
All client information, including contact details, payment data, and booking information, is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and kept strictly confidential.Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois for services in Chicagoland and by applicable local laws for services provided in California.
